We are looking for a Product Industrialization Engineering Manager with a passion for technology & manufacturing processes to lead and participate in continuous improvement activities within Ultrasound transducers.

You are responsible for

  • Managing an 8-12 member Product Industrialization Process Engineering Team

  • Influencing the direction and design of new products

  • Making sure that new products are optimized for sustained manufacturability

  • Achieving high maturity through PFMEA, DFMEA, DFx, and Lean principals for development and project management

  • Engineering tasks associated with product process development, design transfer, qualification, validation and introduction of products

  • Meeting quality goals

This Team supports the introductions of exciting, new, state of the art Ultrasound transducer products into production. Team members participate on product generation teams.

This position provides the successful candidate with an immediate opportunity to be involved with technology that is helping to save lives, improve patient outcomes and reduce the cost of medicine across the globe. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering

• Experience leading teams and people on complex projects

• Experience New Product Introductions and processes

• Proven track record of success with complex projects and problem solving

• This position holder must be assertive, self-directed and collaborative

• Grounded in Lean ways of working: Six Sigma skills a strong plus; Green belt/Black Belt/DFSS skills

• Knowledge of Medical device GMP is a strong plus
