Document record program- specifically selection of software and mass deployment of the software to all DI BU Locations. Represent DI BU and BG stakeholder interests during the selection , review and rollout. Communicate developments and key decisions needed from the DRC program to the BUs and ensure BUs understand the requirement and possible implication on their BU site. Ensure that communication is timely and informative.
· Lead DI Business units for assigned E2E programs. Keep BUs updated for changes of possible impact. assist BUs with understanding, incorporating, and rolling out those changes to make an effective and compliant QMS.
· Maintain the DI QMS framework documentation, update the process as necessary to ensure that documents are updated efficiently and clearly with all DI sites ensuring that they are compliant and aware of the procedures.
· Rollout and maintain the PQMS procedures for the Diagnostic Imaging group. These procedures are the basis for the BU QS Procedures and work instructions

Maintain a highly visible role in managing programs designed to make a more agile and innovative Philips quality management system while maintaining a high standard of compliance.
You are responsible for

Working with the PQMS leads from all DI business units to help advance PQMS projects and meet deadlines.
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Four-year science or technical degree from an accredited institution
Experience in a highly regulated industry – medical device or pharmaceutical
Project management experience required
Organizational and time management skills required
Communication skills including creating presentations for small and large groups to communicate project status
QMS and Document control experience
Strong ability to create and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization
