In this role, you have the opportunity to
simplify healthcare by focusing on the people in the care cycle – patients and care providers.
You are responsible for
Creating comprehensive customer profiles and effective customer acquisition or retention strategies.
Increasing customer awareness of Philips’ evolving products and services in the informatics domain.
Engaging with customers and develop stakeholder relationships to build a sales funnel, and facilitate the sales process until deal closure and hand-over to operations.
Uncovering and developing customer's decision criteria, analyze competitive offerings and influence the ultimate decision-making process.
Identifying cross-sell, up-sell, and service sales in existing installed base to address customer needs.
Leading the pre-sales stages of opportunities by providing deep & effective presentations with a focus on customer needs and defined solutions.
Driving demand generation and ensuring that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, order intake, market share, and Integral Gross Margin (IGM).
Positively contributing to multi-functional and multi-geographical team dynamics as well as coordinate people and resources to create a compelling customer value proposition.
You are a part of
Turkey Business Development and Solution Team promoting the full line of our health informatics product portfolio.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Degree in Engineering preferably in Computer Science,
8 -10 years of sales, marketing and/or business development experience in healthcare or Telecom technology,
Advanced knowledge of the healthcare environment in general, and specifically the healthcare IT market, solutions, trends and competitive landscape,
Requires a broad understanding of multiple technology solution areas in healthcare with specialized knowledge in Radiology, Cardiology and Oncology,
Confident in establishing relationships and influencing at the C-suite level,
Strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to create collaboration, gain agreement and translate complex ideas/issues into compelling plans and fast execution,
No restriction to travel extensively,
Fluent in English and Turkish, both verbal and written.
* Position will be located either in İstanbul or Ankara.
