In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Lead the local execution of the eCommerce strategy and D2C commerce across all channels.
You are responsible for:
Identify commercial opportunities ensuring maximization of revenue via B2C online Sales Channels.
Competitive and market share analysis.
To improve and increase de B2C sales partner as well as the others Philips Store initiatives.
Provide detailed commercial insight to the past and future performance of the channels.
Build & develop reporting capability to understand commercial impact of sales activity, strategic initiatives and performance against KPIs.
Support the CMMs with insights based on data, experience and studies on how to generate more conversions and leads.
Leads newly defined interdisciplinary team in the Markets which includes direct online, CRM, community management, media management, PR, consumer care and management of foundational elements (e-trade, ratings & reviews), under guidance of D2C Digital Marketing and e-Commerce team (Group) and in collaboration with consumer marketing, PH sales, and trade shopper teams locally.
Manage online store: inventory, pricing, promotions, merchandising, performance management
Work closely with other functions like, supply and care to ensure a great local consumer experience.
Creates monthly/quarterly/yearly sales reports in accordance with performance indicators. Drive real time improvements, analyzing results to drive strategy & tactics improvements.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communication with the focus on Digital/ E-commerce.
Experience at a multi-national brand & E-commerce Company.
Bilingual in English.
Have a plain understanding of the e-commerce environment, from stock control, pricing strategy, sales, content and performance.
Have a performance mindset, focusing on sales/conversion.
Analytical mindset, with familiarity for financial data, from purchase funnel to traffic quality.
Passion for digital, technology and e-Commerce, resilient, teamwork oriented, great communication skills, strong relationship builder.
Based in Argentina, Buenos Aires will act as E- commerce Analyst for Philip’s Personal Health. This position will report to the E-commerce Sales PH Platino.
