Program Manager- Healthcare Solutions

Develop and Implement
Develop, maintain and execute Solution Activation Project Plans in line with standard Philips project management methodology (SOLiD, Agile, etc.)
Develop and “own” project plan throughout Solution Activation lifecycle
Execute action plans, supporting Sales, Subject Matter Experts and Solutions Functional Experts
Support the formulation, communication and implementation of an integrated project plans; ensuring that appropriate resources have been assigned to address all to actions
Manage each Precision Diagnostics solution activation through the entire process: Seed through alpha, beta and scale
Provides NAM Business Marketing Sales Leader (BMSL) and NAM Solution Program Manager with regular launch program performance status, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions, reports on performance to management and relevant stakeholders
Deploys Process Improvement and Quality Assurance and makes the Launch organization efficient and transparent, in line with program process
Leads teams through the launch process, managing progress against KPIs.
Responsible to maintain all related documents, manage the schedule, run project calls and meetings
Understand and document best practices in successful solution activation project management
Participate in solution business reviews to validate strategies are included throughout the activation process
Act as a liaison for Sales, SMEs, operations, finance, and Legal to make the right connections & manage the timeline for individual projects
Support NAM Precision Diagnostics and NAM Solutions Activation Program Manager with the Launch of Solutions to the North America Market
Maintain and build upon existing relationships throughout Healthcare in order to have the ability to establish a solid working relationship with Sales, Sector team, technical staff, managers and peers
Partner with the Sales and SMEs on strategic pursuits to create, manage, support and present a unified solution activation plan
Ensures cross-pollination, manages lessons learned, incorporates continuous improvement, facilitates harmonization across functions and departments
Bachelor or Master degree
PMP certified (Expert)
8+ years experience in the area of project/ program management of which 5 years are Healthcare Solution related
Experience incorporating continuous improvement techniques and facilitating harmonization across functions and departments
Experience interacting with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, and / or customers
Proven track record in implementing change
Knowledge and experience with project management planning and portfolio tooling
Excellent written and oral communication skills
