Opportunity available in Auckland, to join our global, fast growing business unit that develops and implements a full Electronic Medical Record System (EMR) for hospitals, clinics and general medical practices. The EMR system is both clinical as well as financial and stimulates efficiency and cost effectiveness.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be the ambassador for Philips when it comes to implementing the EMR systems at our customer sites. Utilizing your solid understanding of these systems, you will take responsibility by providing necessary inputs during system go live, ensuring seamless implementation, as well as having the opportunity to build out the system.
You are responsible for:
Checking out and approving operational quality of system.
Instructing customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
Serving as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
Interpreting customers’ needs and clarifying if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers.
Working on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis.

To succeed in this role you should have:
Previous EMR Implementation experience, whether clinically or operationally focused
A multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic principles, theories and concepts.
Ability to formulate the solution for Clinical problems by combining previous experiences based upon technical analysis and (feasibility) studies.
Excellent communication skills in English
