Your Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has recently become available for an Operations Planning Coordinator to join the team, based at our head office in North Ryde. Reporting to the Operations Planning Lead and working alongside two experienced Planning Coordinators, you will play an instrumental role in the planning and scheduling of our Field Service Engineering team to carry out Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Field Change Order (FCO) Management, as per contractual and regulatory requirements.

Your Role:

Working closely with a number of different divisions internally as well as customers across various hospitals and clinics, each day will provide brand new challenges. Looking after your own territory of customers, you will; review contract obligations pertaining to Preventative Maintenance and Field Change Orders, plan and schedule such maintenance, raise Service Work Orders and dispatch to Field Service Engineers and ensure service kits have been arranged by Logistics.

In this role, you will be part of a highly cohesive team whilst also having the opportunity to work autonomously, manage your own time and having ownership over your area of work. We're looking for:

  • Vocational level education or equivalent

  • Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Customer Service role

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written

  • Strong computer literacy in MS Excel / Word.

  • The ability to take ownership of problems from start to finish.

  • A self-motivated individual who is able to work without supervision

  • A team player willing to support colleagues where required

  • The ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and manage multiple priorities
