Philips Portfolio Solution Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Monitoring & Analytics – Acute Care in Böblingen, Germany

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Work in developing a fact-based "Where to Play" and "How to Win" definition for the Business. You will ensure the definition of the best route to market, the best practices for improving the ability of portfolio marketing to deliver optimal results for product, service and sales.

You are responsible for

  • Design go-to-market strategy and solution architecture for the Monitoring & Analytics (MA) up to Acute Careoffering portfolio; move from product- to value based solution offering. Take ownership in defining target market segments and identifying opportunities for growth for MA solutions.

  • Translate customer personas & buyer insights into meaningful and resonating communication that contains content and innovation strategies.

  • Create Solution Messaging & Content by being aligned across category and own the messaging development. Create programs that allow operationalizing messaging across sales and marketing for maximum impact.

  • In partnership with key markets, generate and update customer (persona: user, influencer, buyer) segmentation based on customer decision journeys and value drivers to accelerate profitable growth.

  • Drive perfect New Product Introduction (NPI) with clear ownership of activities and deliverables across product, marketing and sales.

  • Drives the solution roadmap per individual solution with the category leads of the various business of MA.

  • Contributes to Peer to Peer engagement plan via advisory boards, focus groups, global events.

You are part of

Monitoring & Analytics Portfolio Marketing. Portfolio Marketing is the catalyst that makes the transformation from a product business to an integral product & service offer, which allows Philips to play as solution provider in the ECO system of customers. It will help increase the value of managing clinical outcomes and economic success of our customers and move us from a defensive to an offensive position.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University level education in the area of Business/Commerce

  • 10+ Years in Healthcare Technology Industry and excellent marketing track record

  • Strong skills on collaboration and influential leadership, to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, cross business, and cross function

  • Excellent financial business foundation

  • Experience in integrated market planning

  • Experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success

  • Expert on Value Proposition Creation (VPC)

  • Problem solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues

  • Understanding multi-cultural teams
