In this role, you have the opportunity to
Drive New Product Introductions (NPI) Process and related deployment as well as continuous process improvement for the business groups Monitoring Analytics (MA) and Therapeutic Care (TC). MA is a software and solutions business encompassing patient monitoring and its capabilities. TC is expanding access to and quality of respiratory care, resuscitation, and emergency care solutions.
You are responsible for
Design process / project management to execute NPI projects compliant to process guidelines
Align, harmonize process descriptions and way of working with NPI leads in Business Unit, Business Groups and relevant corporate functions. Train process and projects teams in business and markets on process improvements.
Manage NPI projects as first deployments of process updates
Development and deployment of NPI related change management action to support major process changes and secure high compliance level
Development and continuous improvement of a meaningful NPI reporting system to support decision making along the process
Define NPI related process and project management support tools. Align specification and demand with NPI leads of other businesses, corporate functions and initiate realization with IT.
You are part of
Marketing Operations that is embedded in the global Sales & Marketing organization of the business groups Monitoring Analytics (MA) and Therapeutic Care (TC). The team is responsible for the definition, deployment and continuous improvement of global business processes (e.g. New Product Introduction, Business-Market-Combination, Marketing transformation and planning, Localization, Marketing Intelligence). Marketing Operations focusses on seamless interactions of businesses and global Markets by organizing process trainings, controlling process execution and ensuring process compliance based on a comprehensive (process) reporting system.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s/Master degree in business administration or engineering degree
10+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales and/or business transformation functions
Deep knowledge and experience in New Product Introduction processes in medical devices businesses (e.g. Product and Field Marketing, Customer Services, R&D, Legal & Regulatory, etc.).
Profound business and process understanding
Green or black belt certification. International project management and change/transformation management experience
Several years of experience in international and virtual teams in matrix organization
Strong customer and service orientation
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills combined with a systematic and independent way of working
Strong communication skills in peer to peer as well as management interactions
Proven track record of functional project/program leadership and operations
Fluent language skills in English and German (oral and written)
