In this role, you have the opportunity to
work in a diverse and dynamic environment as our new Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for our business Basic Life Support (BLS) and Networking Solutions (NS). You will take over the responsibility as our segment domain expert, understand customer’s needs and act on market, community and business specific insights.
You are responsible for
Aiming for the main objective: Measurably and sustainably increase order intake, market share, marketing productivity, brand value and customer experience in the BLS & NS segment
Developing a marketing plan for the segment by using the 6 P’s of Marketing
Defining and executing a promotion plan for new solution introductions as well as continued demand generation by running campaigns, promotions and events
Defining a market focus, determining the B2B and B2C channels with the Markets
Ensuring market readiness before strategically positioning and introducing products/ solutions into local markets (new product/ solution Introductions)
Defining pricing strategy, with regular reviews for profitability and volume jointly with the pricing team
Generating market demand, identifying profitable areas of growth and running campaigns in local markets
Identifying strategic initiatives and opportunities for business development and build business cases to exploit market potential
Providing market relevant information to enable the Business Units to act on customer insights and competitor strategies and include it into product/ solution roadmaps
Creating a marketing processes framework based on market/ business analytics and tools provided by our enabling functions
You are part of
the Sales Enablement & Marketing Team Therapeutic Care (TC), Diagnostic ECG (DECG) and Medical Consumables and Sensors (MCS), the Market-to-Order (M2O) team and the BG Patient Care and Monitoring Solutions (PCMS).
Main focus of this role is to shape the market, to generate demand and to bring market and customer insights to the business units. It ensures that each individual market can fully exploit the sales and profit potential of Philips products/ solutions and services.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master’s degree in relevant field; MBA preferred
Proven experience in marketing, sales or related field
Experience in high tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses, B2B and B2C
Clinical experience is preferred
Capability to drive sales growth in new and existing markets
Ability to identify local opportunities, interact with decision makers and provide highest-quality leads as a result
Positive outlook and ability to turn around and maintain high motivation in marketing and sales force
Ability to collect and comprehend local market trends and competitive intelligence into actionable input for the Global and regional marketing teams
English, preferably second language
