Join Philips as a Full-Stack Developer with Radiology Solutions and design and contribute to software that makes a difference in healthcare.

You are responsible for

  • Iterating rapidly with our development team

  • Taking feedback from customers and internal customer representatives

You are a part of

Radiology Solutions provides solutions that are designed to improve workflow, performance measurement, clinical context and overall clinical and operational performance.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Experience in full stack web development (preferably in Rails)

  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS

  • Proficiency in JavaScript

  • Experience with relational databases and ORM

  • Experience developing in a Linux environment with git VCS

  • Experience to anticipate and effectively react to engineering, product and customer issues

  • Strong communication skills to provide high quality services to clients and their technical staff

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, especially radiology

  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Erlang, Hibernate, jQuery, D3.js, or RabbitMQ

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or information systems

  • Experience with a front-end library/framework (Angular, React, etc)
