Philips Project Manager, Client Services – Acute Telehealth (Baltimore, MD) in Baltimore, Maryland

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Plan and deliver software updates to our global customers as an entry level Project Manager for Philips Acute Telehealth . Our eICU Program enables our customers to remotely, monitor every ICU bed regardless of location and distance.

You are responsible for

  • Leadership for the implementation of multiple applications and project types

  • Coordinating all implementation teams including clinical, technical, and integration teams to ensure a successful implementation

  • Creating and maintaining project implementation plans to include work breakdown structure, issue management, risk management, scope management and project communication

  • Providing input for the improvement and maintenance of implementation tools and methodology

You are a part of

The Acute Telehealth (eICU) Services team, headquartered in Baltimore, MD; which is part of Philips Patient Care Analytics division, and will report directly to the eICU Global Services Leader.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of implementation project management experience

  • Customer facing experience working for a software health care vendor preferred

  • Strong communication, organization and presentation skills

  • Experience with project management software; MS Project required

  • CAPM certification preferred

  • Travel required – varies up to 50%

This position will require you to meet all customer specific mandates such as vaccinations and or screening tests.
