Role – Business Consultant

About Philips Enterprise Information Management Market to Order (EIM M2O) domain:

  • In EIM M2O vertical, we bring all structured company information (customer, vendor, product, finance, people, consumer) as well as unstructured company information related to M2O processes/capabilities under central guidance and provide a wide array of information management services including Analytics.

  • Analytics enables real-time performance measurement through relevant actionable insights by means of the development and delivery of (standard) reporting capabilities as well as enterprise (advanced) analytics.

Scope of responsibilities of this role:

  • Identifying analytics Opportunities and building proof of concepts on new ideas/projects, new KPIs, automation or Advanced Analytics scope in the existing projects.

  • Work with Business stakeholders & Senior Leadership, building sales analytics capability and development of strategies for intelligent segmentation and targeting

  • Understanding business problems, requirements and translating it to analytics problem statement

  • Design of approach and solution based on statistical methodologies and analytics algorithms. Experience in issue tree, problem solving

  • Provides advice on technical solution, process improvements, performance optimization etc.

  • Ensures that relevant analytics methodology, standards and practices are applied correctly.

  • Build strong knowledge about existing analytics landscape in Philips, drive collaboration across analytics teams and leverage existing solutions

  • Drive solutioning and build proposal for to address existing business problems

  • Designs complex KPIs, undertakes data feasibility analysis and build detailed implementation plan

  • Identifies, estimates, plans and executes continuous improvements

  • Guides multiple project teams, project management and team management

  • Research and develop statistical learning models for data analysis

  • Keep up-to-date with latest technology trends

Key Competencies:

  • 8+ years of experience, preferably in Sales and Marketing Analytics

  • Data Science, Analytics and Business Intelligence professional

  • Business acumen and articulation skills; ability to capture business needs and translate into a solution

  • Ability to drive interaction and consensus with senior business stakeholders

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Exposure to data visualization tools such as QlikView, QlikSense will be a plus.

  • Should be able to play a dual role of Business Consultant and Project Manager across multiple projects.

  • Data preparation and integration for application of analytics algorithms and analysis procedures

  • Mentoring team members, project planning, proposal building and delivery management
