We are looking for a highly motivated and energized Digital Business Analyst with an obsession for customers, experience in working with international multidisciplinary teams, and a comprehensive business understanding with the ability to translate evolving needs into meaningful deliverables. You are part of the Digital IT team and a key shaper of Digital IT. The job location is Bangalore

Your responsibilities

  • You are in the driver seat to enable our businesses to realize their customer engagement & experience ambitions. You are responsible for managing expectations on; and analyzing, capturing and prioritizing of the requirements for current & new customer engagement initiatives

  • Define end to end requirements based on current and future needs, translate them into concrete outcomes & deliverables, and further refine into a backlog of business process & technology requirements

  • Enable, and work closely with, cross functional teams across the businesses, different platforms, and ways of delivering towards customers

  • A very strong & comprehensive business understanding and being able to pro-actively translate needs into meaningful outcomes

  • Be the driver for creating & sustaining a Digital Culture that is Agile, Fast, Customer obsessed & Entrepreneurial

We are looking for

Our ideal candidate is a driven professional who has a strong background in the following:

  • 4+ to 8+ years of experience in similar roles with considerable exposure to delivering meaningful results across the customer spectrum

  • Technology enabled business transformation is your playground - You can visualize and design transformational Digital solutions based on customer business goals, new business models and disruptive digital technologies

  • Deep understanding and at least 4+ years of experience in customer platforms (such as customer profiling & segmentation, customer relationship management, Omni-channel, API’s, order management, subscriptions & billing, social)

  • Experience across both front-office (Sales, Marketing, Service) and back-office (Supply Chain, Finance) as they relate to Digital Transformation

  • Experience in working in agile teams in a globally distributed team

  • Demonstrated understanding of the adoption of Digital technology and its impact to future operating models and organizational structures.

  • Demonstrated experience with Digital technology design and implementation

  • Ability to work in a multicultural & international environment and be culturally sensitive

  • Sufficient business acumen to understand business objectives & dynamics

  • Excellent communicator (written and verbally) and comfortably interacting with stakeholders at various levels

  • Strong credentials demonstrating breadth and depth in the field

  • Perseverance and pragmatism to solve complex problems
