Ensure compliance status for multiple vendors is up to date in SAM tool for your portfolio
Maintain up to date expertise with vendor licensing requirements, terms and options
Evaluate software usage options for license optimization
Communicate regularly with software consumers in Philips IT
Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to advise on optimal software usage
Maintain awareness of future ASP plans that affect software demand
Maintain accurate view of software license risk for reporting to Corporate Control
Participate in software compliance audits to protect Philips reputation and bottom line
Understanding of different SAM Tools in order to implement Vendor / Software Compliance
You’ll be working in an international team with colleagues across the globe. Despite having assigned suppliers everybody collaborates together to provide the best service possible to all Philips employees.
Who are we looking for:
If you have good negotiation and communication skills, then you already possess some of the qualities we need in a Software Asset Expert. If furthermore you have:
5-7 years of previous experience in Asset Management or as a Business Analyst for Software licenses
Degree in Business Informatics or similar
Can Do Attitude
Preferred ITIL Certified along with ITAM Certifications
Understanding of Flexera is an added benefit
