In this role, you have the opportunity to
Manages, perhaps through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of the IT activities of a section, department or functional area, with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing. Receives IT assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use IT resources to meet schedules and goals. Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company IT policies. Recommends changes to IT policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s). Works on IT issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Follows IT processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Acts as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical IT problems. Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements; mostly has budget responsibilities. Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas or customers. Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with > 5 years of related experience in IT; or a Master’s degree with < 3 years of related experience in IT.
10 – 15 years of relevant IT experience
7+ years of experience in Ecommerce of which :
At least 5 Years of full Project life-cycle Implementation experience with SAP Hybris.
At least 1 to 2 years of Experience in SAP FE/BE.
Experience / Knowledge on the Migration Approach from Old versions of SAP Hybris to Latest version will be an added advantage.
Possess a solid understanding of core ecommerce concepts.
Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate
Experience to Work with the functional & technical teams to collect overall requirements, design and make recommendations on Performance tuning and maintenance of the ecommerce system..
