IT Delivery is responsible for building and deploying end to end IT solutions for business and markets. This will increasingly involve configuring and integrating standard applications (the full stack including infrastructure), rather than customizing or developing software. Input for these solutions comes from the Sector/Function/Markets CIO and Platform & Architecture organizations. Upon acceptance by the business, the deliverables will be transitioned to Operations for “run management.” In the run phase, the Delivery organization provides 3rd line application maintenance and support to Operations.
IT Delivery applies the Agile/Scrum methodology and manages external partners on an output basis. Competence centers and sourcing will be organized around Platforms: Idea to Market, Market to Order, Order to Cash/Fulfillment business applications and the enabling Platforms. Key roles in the Competence Centers are the Competence Group Manager, Team Lead, Business Analyst & Technical Lead.
The Platform Specialist is an integral part of the project team translating Business Requirement for HR processes into IT Solutions
Experience & Knowledge : Core technology expertise :
8– 14 years of Total IT experience.
At least 8-10 years of relevant IT Experience.
At least 5 Years of full Project life-cycle Implementation experience of Learning Management Systems specifically (TEDs)
Experience in working with the IBM WESB and IBM Integration Designer (IID) will be added advantage.
Knowledge of security standards like WS-Security, OAuth, SAML, SSO
Recommendation of best practices with respect to re-useable services and solutions.
People & Process :
Definition and enforcement of design and development guidelines, policies and procedures
Experience with Configuration Management Processes and systems.
Experience with requirements gathering, effort estimation, impact analysis and supporting project/delivery management with creating delivery plans
Experience with Application and Infrastructure Support in an outsourced model
Experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies in an onsite/offshore delivery model
Knowledge of IT Software Validation methodology in regulated medical device, pharmaceutical and healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
