In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Play a critical role in the Radiology Informatics (RI) PMO team to drive key New Product realization programs and key RI Strategic initiatives pivotal to Philips Healthcare Informatics Strategy. This role will report to the Head of RI PMO and work closely with the Product Marketing, R&D, Service & Operations organization, other BIUs/programs providing overall cross-functional program leadership to deliver to business priorities. This role is accountable to ensure respective Product portfolio/release plan and transition to implementation and quality release to the large install base. This role will also ensure delivering the committed and agreed market/customer priorities in the various product programs. This role will contribute to our overall mission ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and quality delivery.
You are responsible for
Defining the Release roadmap for the RI Product programs you are responsible for in partnership with the product manager
Execution of the release roadmap for the product program in close collaboration with the Project release manager
Ensures the drivers from the business case is ingrained in the program/release objectives and track the realization of the value towards the same.
Change control owner for the external and internal influences and changes to the release roadmap for responsible products
Interface and Responsible for all Program dependencies both internal and external to BIU in the Portfolio planning and execution
Key participant in the Portfolio management process who ensures the plan for the respective EPIC is in place and is executed.
Ensuring International market specific needs driven into the EPICs and BMC are met
Anticipating and removing obstacles that slow down or prevent programs from delivering on program objectives.
Developing and driving the overall EPIC plans, release cadence, managing inter-program dependencies, risks, and ensuring appropriate resourcing, in consultation with management and other parties based on the product and technology roadmaps.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our product development processes, including partnering with cross-functional teams to understand their challenges and participate in portfolio management and program management and execution across our organization.
Experience & Qualification
The ideal candidate has extensive imaging technology program management experience. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of new product introduction processes, Product realization and Agile methodology to plan and execute planned release cadence and a very good understanding of how to implement solutions for Radiology Informatics keeping in mind the large install base needs and expectations.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading at senior management level in a mid-large sized company.
Proven ability to influence and deliver through others and in a complex, global, matrix organization.
Knowledge of product delivery within the healthcare or other regulated industries.
Ability to lead and motivate high performing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, management or operations area; MBA preferred.
Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation
Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike.
Ability to successfully collaborate with multiple technical functions in the areas of infrastructure, technical operations, software engineering, and customer support.
