Responsibility & Key Result Areas

  • Experience professional in managing multiple scrum teams and multiple projects

  • Experience in Strong people management skills with proven experience in implementing software engineering best practice

  • Understand the existing competency in the team and ensure competency ramp up in alignment with the project roadmaps

  • Supports team in project planning by defining and estimating work-break-downs including defining of tasks

  • Keeps abreast of technical developments in own field through study, technical contacts, and propagates it

  • Developing and recommending novel and innovative -- yet proven and demonstrated -- approaches to reaching project and technical goals

  • Engaging with global partners/RTE on a regular basis

  • Manage project deliverables and track project metrics

  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to Senior Management

  • Guiding and coaching the project team in technology as and when applicable

Role Competency & Personal Characteristics

  • Experiences in SAFe 3.0 and above

  • Experience as a Scrum master and in Software Development Life Cycle

  • Experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), JIRA for backlog and Sprint planning

  • Experience in working in teams and in defining solutions that contributes toward a reusable/shared architecture

  • A thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and metrics

  • Good People management, Negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Strong Investigation, Analytical and Problem Solving skills

  • Identifies key technical risks and develop mitigation and recovery plan

  • Excellent oral and written communication skill

  • Good understanding of product life cycle management

The Radiology Informatics BIU has been creating and delivering the best-in-class enterprise-wide imaging and informatics experience around the world. Working together across the BIU, SCS and our key markets, we distribute more than 60 million images and reports each year. Our enterprise distribution capability without the prohibitive up-front capital expenditure has ensured that we continue to lead the PACS market in North America while penetrating key international markets. We have extended beyond the traditional radiology workstations by creating new solutions that allow clinicians to access images anywhere on their mobile devices. Our advanced workflow solutions are poised to accelerate clinical productivity and ensure faster access to diagnosis and care to the patients. This year shall witness new innovations that include being able to manage visible light images and videos to advanced analytics that will bring true value to our customers.

The EICI Bangalore organization is 100+ member strong and has the complete ownership of the core IntelliSpace PACS solution with teams that are focused on delivering the next generation radiology client, solutions for our customer service staff, complete sustaining support and solution testing. The organization has end to end system ownership working in close collaboration with marketing, service and supply chain organizations to deliver on these solutions.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Prepare and implements single discipline project or sub projects of an integral project, in accordance with agreed conditions on specification, time, cost and staffing. You will own the execution, progress, and quality of the project

Responsibility & Key Result Areas

  • Experience in managing multiple scrum teams and multiple projects

  • Own R&D project delivery, deliverables with right quality, execution/monitoring working with cross function(s)

  • Work closely with cross sub-systems & cross ART teams , playing a leadership role for the overall project/ program to success

  • Works with engineering managers for resource commitments & holds team accountable for quality & timely deliverables
