In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Assess the security Infrastructure – guide the product architects to ensure security is built in to at the design level itself

  • Assist Philips business units in the development and implementation of product security and Privacy practices including policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.

You are responsible for

  • Assist Philips business units in the development and implementation of product security and Privacy practices including policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.

  • Verify that security and privacy requirements defined in the security plans, policies, and procedures are followed and protection measures are functioning as intended.

  • Conduct security and privacy reviews to determine compliance.

  • Guide the business unit in their management of the resolution of security audit or review findings.

  • Provide security risk management and security advice as well as advice on strategic direction relating to product and information security.

  • Work with deployment/operations information security officer to proactively and cooperatively communicate and mitigate risks.

  • Represent Product team and work with Services security team to conduct the SSRA ( service security risk assessment)

  • Assist with security incidents and review risk and impact of breaches to protected systems.

  • Participate in architecture and design of services providing information and product security advice.

  • Review proposed services, engineering changes, and feature requests for security implications and needed security controls.

  • Ensure risk reports and KPIS to the management

  • Assess product compute environment related security risk from customers and propose mitigations

  • Conducting information security analyses, audits, and reviews

Working together across the BIU, SCS and our key markets, we distribute more than 60 million images and reports each year. Our enterprise distribution capability without the prohibitive up-front capital expenditure has ensured that we continue to lead the PACS market in North America while penetrating key international markets. We have extended beyond the traditional radiology workstations by creating new solutions that allow clinicians to access images anywhere on their mobile devices. Our advanced workflow solutions are poised to accelerate clinical productivity and ensure faster access to diagnosis and care to the patients. This year shall witness new innovations that include being able to manage visible light images and videos to advanced analytics that will bring true value to our customers.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Preferred Skills:

  • 12 years of security experience including responsibility for the security of a IT infrastructure including defining product security roadmap

  • Excellent Cyber Security capabilities

  • Incident management, including analysis and response

  • Experience in designing security solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of secure Infrastructure and practices such as threat modelling, security reviews, penetration tests, and security incident response

  • Understanding of security by design principles and architecture level security concepts

  • Exposure to privacy requirements

  • Up to date knowledge of current and emerging security threats and techniques for exploiting security vulnerabilities

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate diverse groups, help negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders

  • Sound security engineering knowledge ( technical) so as to work collaboratively with the Tech Leads and software/products architects to ensure secure Products

  • Strong knowledge in designing & implementing Network Security solutions like Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Endpoint Security, PKI, APT etc.

  • Security, Vulnerabilities expert in the infrastructure and virtualization.

  • Experience in STIGS and RMF compliance will be add on.

  • Knowledge of infrastructure components ( VMWare / Windows Server Administration / Active Directory / DNS / Databases / Linux )

  • Knowledge of scripting in windows (PowerShell/Python/Ansible)

  • OS Hardening

  • Solid knowledge about security across different platforms

  • Expert on Networking & Storage

Preferred Experience

  • Experience of Information security assessment in healthcare sector

  • Experience with NIST 800-53, US Depart of Defense configuration requirements, GDPR privacy requirements

  • Relevant Information Security Certifications (CEH / OSCP )
