Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Perform the Role of development engineer in Back-End using python

  • Understand E2E solution, deployment and integration scenarios and participate in design decisions

  • Analyze and incorporate functional and non-functional requirements

  • Translate customer and software requirements to design and implement complete solutions

  • Identify and resolve technical risks through quick prototypes and agile methodologies / tools

  • Review and ensure quality of deliverables

  • Good understanding of SAFe Agile methodology for estimation & Execution process

  • Understand the clinical needs from a user perspective (in the context of how the application is being used)

  • Guide/mentor junior team members in the implementation of the solutions

  • Lead and participate in design & code reviews

  • Review the work products and provide constructive feedback

  • Proactively contribute to quality improvement initiatives through continuous integration, code quality, adoption of best agile practices

Experience & Skill Competency:

  • B.E/B.Tech/MCA with 2 - 4 years of experience in in product development

  • 3 years of experience in front end web development.

  • Expert in python and REST web services .

  • Hands on experience in OOPS, OOAD concepts, Design patterns

  • Python (Python Flask is a plus ), REST API development

  • Experience in Test Driven Development
