Serviceability is a key aspect of this, and is essential for all the Systems, Products, Software(think of: Informatics) and Solutions that Philips introduces in the Markets.

These Systems, Products, Software, and Solutions require:

  • Understand the Customer - Sales and/or Professional Services to identify the needs of the customer and to define an appropriate offering

  • Installation – These can be projects that cover complete departments, realize integrations with hospital IT systems and 3rd party solutions, and tailor/configure to the needs and workflow of the customer. They may include training and change management in the organization of the customer.

  • Maintenance – Monitoring, Predictive Service, First-time-right problem resolution with the right parts, remote service, keeping it all secure, safe, up-to-date.

  • Optimizing, Upgrading, and Extending – Bringing additional customer value over the lifecycle, thereby improving the way of working of the customer. This can be done by changing the configuration based on understanding the customer’s workflow and the consequent utilization. Alternatively, upgrades may be installed, or there may be extension with new adjacent offerings. Also here, further installation, training, and change management, and other professional services may be needed.

You are responsible for

  • Development experience on Java 8 and above, Spring Boot, Spring 4.0, OOPS, UML

  • Development experience in developing and managing Restful APIs.

  • Experience with Amazon Web services and amazon cloud or any other public cloud platforms

  • Must have experience with CI & CD using Jenkins.

  • Must have strong SQL experience – Postgress Redshift/Vertica

  • Expertise in object oriented design and multi-threaded programming

You are a part of

Services Innovation, the I2M organization of SSD, runs the transformation program on Serviceability in Philips. This organization focusses on the relationship with the Clusters and their Business with the respect to the Serviceability.

Key aspects of driving Serviceability are:

  • Serviceability Strategy – defining the strategy wrt. Serviceability for Systems, Products, Informatics(Software), and Solutions

  • Serviceability Performance Management – defining and measuring the leading KPIs wrt Serviceability Performance, setting target, measuring the KPI for productlines of the different Businesses, and ensuring that the performance of products wrt. serviceability improves adequately towards the target.

  • Design for Serviceability – Growing the maturity of the R&D and Service Innovation Organizations in the Businesses, to ensure that they have a suitable way of working that guarantees that well serviceable products are developed.

  • HealthSuite Customer Services Platform – The platform of Philips HealthSuite that enables Serviceability.

Serviceability Portfolio Management – Driving towards alignment on and implementation of the Cluster and Business roadmaps wrt. Serviceability, integrating with the HS Customer Services platform, realizing the Serviceability Strategy, facilitating the realization of the Serviceability Performance targets and the Design for Serviceability Maturity targets – all of this, across Clusters and Businesses, and in collaboration with SSD M2O (Marketing & Service Sales) and SSD O2C (Operations & Delivery

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 2-5 years of experience.

  • Details oriented, Quality conscious with ability to multitask

  • Quick learner with ability to work under pressure with minimal guidance

  • Good team player and Positive attitude.
