You will be part The CT Host platform is owned out of PIC, Bangalore which is the Software Power House for the CT R&D. With 80+ strong engineers spread across Project Management, System Engineering, Software Architecture and Development and V&V, the team is growing further big way to support the delivery commitments to our strong Roadmap and Product Pipeline. The team works collaboratively with global sites in US/Cleveland, Israel/Haifa and China/Suzhou. We are looking for Software Technologist I & Software Technologist II in strengthening our Test automation & Simulator development team.

2018 is aimed to be a very exciting year of progress and growth for CT business where in we have lined up host of releases such as Refresh, Next Generation Console, BB Rails, Vereos, Falcon to name a few.

You are responsible for:

Guides a functional domain or overall architecture for test function.

Participates in global test activities of a product or functional area in a specific project.

Performs the role of a specialist by reviewing work products

Supports in project estimation, planning and risk management activities

Use/Propose to team on suitable test design techniques

Performs the role of an Architect/Specialist by ensuring the consistency and efficient integration of the separate modules/features of software that meets the product specification.

Performs the role of a Requirements Engineer by analyzing and understanding the Functional Requirements Specification for testability

Manages technical communication with customers

Participates in process tailoring

Aware of at least 2 formal estimation techniques

Automation tooling experience to enhance productivity

Succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

5-7 yrs of Experience in Software testing

Wide Knowledge and experience in test domain

Knowledge of MR Domain

Specific knowledge of relevant test design methodologies

Development/Test life cycle processes

Has understanding of various standards, regulatory needs

Has expertise on various test design techniques

Has in depth knowledge of the scripting languages, automation tools and testing environment in which the product will be realized

Can generate test cases for complex problems

Is able to guide team members in their test activities

Testing and debugging skills

Capable of effectively reviewing test design

Abstraction and analytical skills

Problem solving skills

Team player, Team building capabilities
