You are responsible for
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Design and develop components/modules/sub-systems based on the specifications.
Provides technical guidance to the team in technical/functional area of key modules and develop quick working prototypes (when necessary).
Lead the review of work products and ensure quality of deliverable.
Produce code (& automate for testing) with excellent software practices.
Manages technical communication with customers and stakeholders
Ensure deliverable are on time and of high quality
Supports in estimation, planning and risk management activities
Understand the clinical needs from a user perspective (in the context of how the application is being used)
Key Technical Skills:
BE/Master’s with 8+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of C# /.NET , SQL , PGSQL
Experience of FHIR/DICOM is an added advantage
Experience on Dockers & Containers is an added advantage
Knowledge of design patterns and practical applications
Working experience in Agile/SAFe development methodologies
Extremely good communication and presentation skills
Fast learner. Ability to grasp key concepts quickly with minimal or no supervision
Ability to take ownership of team goals and deliver with quality and within the required timeline
Ability to innovate and foster innovation
