KARs:

  • Definition of concepts for Development Environments and Tooling in the Development Department

  • Development, Configuration and Maintenance of Development Tools

  • Planning of investments for the development department

  • Coordination with TA and support departments

  • Execution and Monitoring of SW Tool validation

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • At least 6+ years of experience in windows based development tools management.

  • Definition of concepts for development environments

  • Coordination and requirement collection with groups and projects

  • Coordination with central IT-Department

  • Support on selection and configuration of development tools

  • Market scanning and evaluation of SDE tools

  • Cost benefit evaluation for tool selection

  • Coordination with IT-Department and support teams

  • Investment planning for development department

  • Development, Configuration and Maintenance of Development Tools

  • Management of access rights for development tools, in particular for employees of other departments and sites

  • The function requires cooperation with IT, procurement and R&D of other businesses

  • Good exposure to scripting in C#, Power shell, VB & Java scripts

  • Should have worked in Agile based environment.
