Role Description

Responsible for analyzing and delivering Orders of Service (SO) and systems designs, analyzing and defining requirements, business rules related to the needs of internal and external customers, as well as data modeling, to ensure high quality deliveries, meet indicators, working on the product for the global market


  • Define the necessary requirements for the System Analysts in your area

  • Plan and execute database and modeling routines, and data performance using the methodology documented in the quality management system

  • Plan and execute administrative analysis procedure through the development of test routines and documentation

  • Cast requirements and process mapping, as well as definition of business workflow according to the best practices of systems analysis

  • Plan integration with external systems/devices through detailed technical manuals

  • Conduct team planning to carry out the activities (operational and project) through the analysis of the indicators provided by the product

  • Plan and execute routines in programming languages used by the organization according to best programming practices

  • Plan and monitor project execution schedules by developing the project management function

  • Define the flow of analyzed processes

  • Assist the manager and participate in the decisions and planning of issues relevant to the area

  • Ensure compliance and act in accordance with Philips General Business Principles (GBP) and Information Security related policies

  • In addition to the responsibilities defined in the Job Description, to ensure that Information Security related responsibilities that may be applicable for the assigned role is carried out

  • Analyze the impact of a design change based on clinical, system and business aspects, submit and approve requests for change


  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 6 years as System Analyst and overall 10+ years of experience

  • Able to demonstrate strong written communication skills.

  • Good organization skills for high-paced environment.

  • Clinical or healthcare experience will be desirable

  • Self-motivated & Team player

  • Logical reasoning, Problem analysis and solving


  • Philips EMR Systems / Health Informatics; Technologies that currently drive DME markets and emerging technologies that will serve them in the future

  • SOA Methodology (Service Oriented Application); PMI, Project Management; Relational Data Modeling; Delphi, Java, Angular, PL/SQL, Oracle & SQL database, HL7, XML/webservice, Json, TCP/IP, Data modelling
