Guiding the development of design ideas and the team of designers in a project from basic user exeperience concept to fully worked out design solutions. The position entails liasing with prodyuct and marketing management on one side and development teams on the other side. The position calls for a senior designer to facilitate, guide and lead the product program
Lead analysis to form a relevant understanding of context (domain, business, market, emerging contexts, related trends, target groups, etc.) and define and articulate relevant insights.
Manage the process of creating surprising and relevant scenarios/ themes/ concepts along with stakeholder teams.
Create effective and appropriate visual languages by understanding the meaning and effect of these on the brand, audience, market and culture.
Develop and use and direct the (project) team with clarity and accuracy in applying and defining (general) interface and interaction principles and general usability principles.
Challenges technology, constraints and trends. Understand development tools and methods opportunities, constraints, trends.
Create information architectures and application flows (flowcharts).
Build relationships and appropriately influence relevant internal & external stakeholders. Able to manage project budgets and also develop stakeholder relationships and build networks to achieve short- and long-term goals.
