The Talent Research Specialist is responsible for executing talent identification sourcing strategies related to pipeline activities across multiple functions. This individual works in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team / Hiring Managers to identify critical talent gaps related to specific geographic areas, functions and job grades
Expected to leverage current and relevant social media and job board channels to identify the best possible executive talent.
Support the existing team to perform research and sourcing activities of Global Talent.
The Talent Research Specialist will conduct market research, develop competitive intelligence and aid in delivering insights and recommendations to the business
The Talent Research Specialist will proactively identify and recruit active and passive talent into the Group. He/She will identify, evaluate, and manage proactive sourcing plans, position specific sourcing strategies and initiatives.
The Talent Research Specialist will work on Market Mapping and Screening/Profiling of candidates, Head Hunting, Name Gathering and Team Mapping and Data mining through deep internet research and from various networking sites to build a robust pipeline of prospective candidates.
Experience in social media hiring techniques is a must. Working knowledge of sites like LinkedIn, Businessweek, Insideview, Jigsaw, Xing, Manta, Hoovers, Zoominfo is preferred.
The Talent Research specialist will be required to work supporting TA globally.
