Philips Service Trade Partner Manager in Bangkok, Thailand


In this role, you have the opportunity to

Manage with the Markets the performance of Trade Partners on CS delivery processes and compliance.

Contributes to commercial development of Indirect Channel.

Drive CS Trade Partner framework with indirect countries and control adherence.

You are responsible for

  • Implement standard business review with the Partners (MPR, QPR) with the local Customer Service and Indirect Channel Management teams

  • Implement standardize Partner Capabilities assessment process with the local Customer Service and Indirect Channel Management teams

  • Train CS team from the countries on Trade Partners process (business review, capability assessment) and tool (Performance dashboard, profitability tool)

  • Act as main point of contact with CS SVAL/BG on Partner topics related to APAC, owner of the feedback loop

  • Participate to the definition of the Distributors Agreement related to CS chapter, ensure standard framework

  • Participate of the CS Trade Partner strategy for the Market

  • Overlook parts and contract pricing realization and profitability. Create visibility and transparency on Commercial performance

  • Support implementation of Partner relationship management survey. Drive action plan to improve NPS

  • Support Global team to develop new Indirect Service portfolio by acting as main interface with the country CS and indirect CS teams

  • Supports CS Account Manager in making best business plan with their Partners to increase OIT via better contract penetration, selling labor and parts

  • Support deployment of new portfolio and solutions: such as Remote, Total install base agreement

  • Support overall CS BMC process related to indirect via continuous improvement and by providing feedback loop, benchmark and problem solving

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering

  • 3-7 years’ experience, market experience is an asset

  • Strong sense on quality related topics (quality background in process, product, manufacturing or supplier (not on regulatory)

  • Experience in managing third party business

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written and local language is plus

  • Willingness to travel up to 40%

  • Analytical, understand and use numbers to drive business purpose, can create dashboard and develop action plan

  • Change Manager

  • Strong team player, collaborative behavior

  • Lean certification or willingness to pass

  • Can structure plan and deliver on milestones
