In this role, you have the opportunity to
Lead continuous improvement projects aligned with the company's transformation strategy with focus in waste removal developing methodologies and designing processes that contribute with the continuous improvement plan of Philips.
You are responsible for
Taking a business approach to planning, coordinating, scheduling and managing resources, considering the future needs of the business, as well as functional and organizational policies and precedents.
Continually improving work procedures and processes for the commercial area.
Guides employees and gives them operational guidelines, both technically and organizationally. While driving and coaching teams with the Lean Mindset and tools
Formulating the E2E Transformation project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing
Communicate with stakeholders in all stages of the project

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree in IT, Management, Administrative and/or Project Management related areas
Relevant Lean Experience applied to commercial areas (Mandatory)
Proven experience in lean project management.
Continuous improvement and Lean capability
Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt Certified
Bilingual in English / Portuguese
Strong communication skill, leadership, results driven and continuous improvement competencies
