Job Posting Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to lead the Customer Service Sales in Brazil, empowering a medium size sales team to drive the strategy, adding value through solutions and consultative selling and driving innovation in our daily strategy.

You are responsible for

Develop clear and achievable strategies, objectives and tactical plans for the district based on Key account management, customer centricity, segmentation, customer needs and market condition

Identify and develop new business opportunities, including solutions in collaboration with Solutions team in the Market

Deal approval, approve multimodality within pricing framework and ensure escalation for deals outside of pricing framework

Develop and maintain excellent communication links and relationship with top customers and the key decision makers in the district. Provide regular feedback about market development and competitive situation

Ensure follow up with customers with overdue accounts

Ensure un-compromised implementation of the standard Philips business processes, quality standards and standards of business conduct according to Philips policies

Overall responsible for delivering top-line plans in the month, quarter & year in line with GM target setting.

Responsible for implementing Sales Excellence following the Philips Sales Methodology.

Crafts creative commercial strategies in conjunction with CS Business Marketing Manager based on thorough understanding of Customer Segmentation & Value Propositions

Responsible for defining the optimal Go-2-Market approach in conjunction with CS Business Marketing Manager

Executes pricing policies through Philips Commercial Policy Pricing Framework.

Drives continuous improvements applying LEAN and applies strong analytics & problem solving using data-driven approaches

This is what we are looking for in your profile:

  • University degree and 10+ years of relevant experience with solid track record in sales and management of sales teams

  • 7 or more years of experience with Service Sales in the healthcare environment.

  • Understanding of Finance and logistics, experience managing budget and P&L for the region.

  • Strategic experience working with the sales excellence (working with the sales funnel analysis)

  • Strong communicator - good presentation skills.

  • Experience in matrix organizations, and cross-functional experience

  • Solution/consultative sales

  • Certified LEAN Advanced

  • This role is based in our Barueri,office.
