In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Be a contact point between Philips commercial team and the digital teams at dealers, ensuring good deals and an effective cooperative campaigns and achieving the most profitable ROI as possible.
You are responsible for:
Analyze the purchasing behavior of the consumer online on the dealers in different digital channels and come up with a solution to increase sales and ROI.
Develop continuous improvement on product’s content and create a new strategies to increase the relevancy on SEM.
Identify commercial opportunities ensuring maximization of revenue via B2C online Sales Channels through dealers and D2C initiatives.
Support the CMMs with insights based on data, experience and studies on how to generate more conversions and leads.
Identify new purchase digital trends to develop a new tools to support Philips Sales within dealers to enhance more visibility, exposure and relevance of Philips Brand against the competitors.
Co-lead Investments along with CMMs, optimizing A&P budget to translate category goals into an activation strategy and implementation. Understand Personal Health universe to guide investments to reach target among the universe of options and touch points.
Complete P&L accountability (CONTROL: BUDGET VS EXECUTION, FINANCE TABLE) for all the digital investments for all product categories, including Advertising, CRM, PR, Coop and Performance.
Make sure that the digital communication through the year is consistent from what has been expected on results.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communication with the focus on Digital.
Experience at a multi-national brand & marketing company.
Bilingual in English.
Team player and good organizational- and analytical skills.
Proactive & innovative capabilities
Analytical mindset, with familiarity for financial data.
Passion for innovation, digital, technology and Sales.
Based in Brazil, Barueri will act as a Digital Marketing Analyst for Philip’s Personal Health. This position will report to the Marketing Manager.
