Philips IGT-D Sales Coordinator Brazil in Barueri, Brazil
Manage IGT-D distribtutors in Brazil, including coordination of all functional support to make timely deliver of products.
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Develop and drive a credible and productive long-term relation with our channel partners to maximize the value of the short & long term of our IGT-D business with the account for Philips based on the deep understanding of customer’s strategies and priorities external trends, market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, legislation for all of Brazil.
You are responsible for
Responsible for achieving IGT-D sales quota and growing Country market share
Provide input to the overall Brazil revenue forecast
Indirect sales staff in servicing customers and reaching goals
Direct the advancement of revenue and market position consistent with Company goals
Create and maintain key customer relationships across the Country
Ensure the sales team has established solid account penetration and development of new target accounts; monitor progress on regular basis.
Ensure this everyone at the sales team is educated in a way to be a reliable partner for our customer.
Interface with Marketing to quantify needs and establish new product launch plans. Planning of the main congresses.
Support key customer activity
Provide support and direction to sales staff in achieving the objectives of the company, both in revenue growth and expense management
Monitor product complaint issues per company procedure, training and liase with all functional support to achieve plan.
As necessary, performs other duties as required.50% international and domestic travel to visit our channel partners and trainings for new products.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or similar careers, a Master’s degree is desired
Experience working with product modalities for Cardiovascular, Interventional Cardiology, peripheral vascular systems.
Experience dealing with Distributors.
Proven record of accomplishment in account management role.
Experience managing medium sized teams.
Experience in building and executing a strategy for a multinational account.
Certified LEAN Advanced is a plus
