Works as a Sales/Business Development Manager on problems of diverse scope where analysis of sales/business development data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of sales/business development principles, -theories and -concepts. Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems that cannot be found by combining previous experiences but by composing newly acquired sales/business development knowledge. May lead multi-disciplinary change projects in sales/business development, managing a number of people. Works independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas. Introduces sales/business development methods/procedures that are new for the organisation. Applies advanced sales/business development process principles to multiple tasks. Proficient in area of specialization and contributes in other disciplines. Determines feasibility of sales/business development concepts or projects. Has basic knowledge of related disciplines. Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with > 5 years of related experience in sales/business development; or a Master’s degree with < 3 years of related experience in sales/business development.
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Develop middle or long-term business development strategy based on understanding and insights for local customer needs and market situation.
Support Sales Team with customer interactions, assist in solution design and proposal development, lead field marketing efforts to develop solution value propositions through market analysis, and support business target realization through campaign management.
Supports exhibitions and congresses and has regular contact with customers. Contributes to the marketing plan for the country.
Advises on the content of quotations. Acts as central point of contact for the country.
You are responsible for
Work with PCMS solution leader to drive annual strategic plan (BMC) together with relevant functions to ensure annual business target realization;
Translates customer requirements into informatics solution design/ architecture in accordance with the clinical workflow and IT strategy
Work closely with sale/SCS team members on solution value propositions, differentiation strategies to conduct Pre-sales activity
Cross BG/Region/KA solution deals coordinate
Lead marketing efforts along with sales and MarCom function to create market demands, build customer preference and improve brand awareness
Lead to develop diversified marketing and sales tools to support business development, like brochure, video, leaflet and customer stories.
Conduct solutions technical training to modality sales team and dealers
Keep close communication and interaction with industry associations, KOLs, policy stakeholders and reference site customers, develop thought leadership programs and advisory programs to strengthen Philips leading position and influential power;.
Act as an advocate and facilitator of customer closeness and net promoter score

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Holding a Bachelor’s degree.
At least 5 years’ experience in Healthcare system or related industry.
Widen knowledge in Health System and Smart Healthcare Technology.
Great communication, presenting skills and team player spirit.
Native in Chinese and professional in English.
