Philips Supply Chain Project Manager in Beirut, Lebanon

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be the ambassador of Philips HealthTech ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets.

You are responsible for

  • Managing and supporting effective and efficient the planning and execution of the order realization process and overall responsible to ensure sales recognition with District/cluster Managers for the assigned countries

  • Ensuring Project Management involvement in the Order Acquisition Process (OAP) and support distributors with drawings request.

  • Ensuring project execution is within the budget. Maintain normative reservation up to date for assigned countries

  • Driving accuracy by active maintenance of the sales forecast (Rolling Forecast, Latest View) whilst working with District SCM Manager and facilitate the process to incorporate book & bill

  • Managing inventory turns and overall inventory – commercial, demo and aged for the assigned countries

  • Managing risks related to sales recognition and Order Realization Process (ORP) whilst working with District supply chain Manager

  • Full ownership of escalations from distributors via the proper channels and following the escalation process

  • Realization of sales forecast together with District/cluster Manager and Regional supply chain manager

  • Contributing to account plan of customers

  • Continuous customers and distributors visits

  • Running the weekly / bi-weekly / Monthly cadence with distributors, drive and track actions

  • Managing supply chain and project management Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the assigned countries

  • Customer and distributors satisfaction

  • Ensuring proper date management in PSA (Project management Tool) for assigned countries

  • Monitoring project movement via customer project Management dashboard and PSA

  • Full ownership of Frozen Period process in the assigned countries

  • Demand planning monthly submission for assigned countries and weekly S&OE process data flow.

  • Ensuring seamless linkage & communication loop between clusters, district manager, distributors, regional supply chain manager

  • Forecasted and actual Market Cycle Time (MCT) within the norms

  • Scheduling stability performance and review

  • Driving structural improvements in the Supply chain using Lean, problem solving and Daily management

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Supply Chain experience

  • Excellent in collaboration and building relationships

  • Willing to travel extensively

  • Excellent communication of written and spoken English

  • Knowledge of Lean methods
