In this role you have the opportunity to
Lead Global breakthrough Program on Defects On Arrival (DefOA) for the Image Guided Therapy Business Unit.
You are responsible for
Leading local or international DefOA projects resulting in cost savings and measurable quality improvement;
Agreeing on project scope, risks, timelines, feasibility, objectives and project plan with internal stakeholders and the Leadership Team of Operations;
Final allocation and dispositioning on DefOA inflow
Lead the Cross-functional team to drive for containment and corrective actions
Coordinate Image Guided Therapy performance tracking, globally
Coordinate DefOA operating rhythm
Driving improvement via the PRIDE process and Philips Excellence practices and ensure consistency in problem solving across modalities
Trending on DefOA performance
Recommendations for Design improvements
Participating in the definition of our Installation strategy as well as identifying and promoting internally opportunities for improvement;
Acting as a competence champion by building and maintaining knowledge through reading professional literature, following market developments, visiting seminars and initiating benchmarks
You are a part of
The Philips Diagnosis & Treatment Order to Cash organization. You will report to the Installation Leader.
Leading DefoA programs you will be covering the complete Order to Cash cycle: Development, Supplier Quality, Operations, Logistics, System Installations and Key Market Order Entry.
You will be working closely with DefOA leads of other functions such as manufacturing, procurement, quality, supply chain and R&D.
You will also drive cross-functional project teams in Business, Markets and Central teams.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree and a solid understanding of Lean and Six Sigma in supply chain and operations environment
From 3 to 5 years of experience as a project or program manager
Ability to approach challenges in a smart way – with the accent on “getting things done”
Networking ability to lead, motivate and coach people
Strong analytical and data driven approach when it comes to problem-solving and decision making
Great stakeholders management skills
Willing to travel if required
Fluent in English
