Our organization Philips Services Innovation to Market (I2M) drives innovations and delivers solutions to enable our Philips Service organizations in providing high performance Availability and Professional Services towards our customers. We are owning the HealthSuite Customer platform that is used by all Philips Businesses to deliver state-of-the-art Serviceability solutions such as IoT Connectivity, Remote Capabilities, Data Analytics and AI.
In the role as Senior Program Manager Serviceability you will drive the development and execution of Serviceability solutions for the entire E2E chain in close partnership with the Philips Businesses, Markets, Functions. You will guide and oversee the necessary changes in our platforms and tools, products, processes and organizations.
It will be your responsibility to lead the activities of Serviceability programs consisting of multiple and related projects executed by performing organizations and/or staff. Ensures execution is in line with the Service Business strategy. You will be directing and influencing resources to ensure the effective execution of the program objectives across involved organizations.
Builds and maintains an effective program organization
Defines the collaborates with Businesses, Markets and Functions based on the scope of the program
Defines the portfolio of programs and projects and their goals, in consultation with management and relevant partners, as input to the performing organization to lead the project pipeline
Estimates the program budgets and resource requirements, facilitates staffing for critical program roles
Keeps up-to-date with the evolving business and application domain in order to optimize the goals of each program and improve the synergy
Deploys Process Improvement and Quality Assurance and makes the program organization efficient and transparent, in line with business and program processes
Provides PS I2M management with regular program performance status, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions
Has responsibility and authority to contribute to the financial results for the business
Competencies & Skills that make you suitable for this position:
Domain Knowledge in the areas of Medical Device development, Customer Service and Serviceability
Knowledge of program/project management methods and estimation techniques
Experience in effective Sponsor- and Stakeholder-Management within complex organizations
Proven effective communication and organization skills, effective communication with executives
Experience on financial aspects of Program Management
