In this role, you have the opportunity to
Project Manager responsible for managing creation and roll out of mandatory Field Change Orders for complex medical technical products from initiation till closure and achieving this cross functional in the most efficient way with focus on quality, lead time, cost and other requirements.
You are responsible for
Lead mandatory Field Changes from initiation until closure
Drive the team represented by Research & Development, Quality & Regulatory, Customer Service, Operations and Purchasing to:
Mature the root cause of the problem into the technical concept of the solution
Define the cross functional strategy. Involve the Markets to collect relevant information and to get buy in upfront Field Change announcement.
Create the committed planning
Release the involved regulatory documents and communicate to competent authorities and involved end user customers
Release the technical solution up till and including industrialization, including its accompanying Field Change instruction
Build up the initial stock of Field Change kits and secure timely delivery of the remaining Field Change kits
Announce the Field Change, including informing the Markets with relevant information
Effective and timely Implementation and Completion of the Field Change by the Markets
Manage the team with excellent team managing skills and stakeholder management
Execute risk management
Is responsible for quality initiatives and deploys process improvements in the domain of Field Changes.
Represents the team in the business and provides business management with regular performance status updates.
You are a part of
You will be part of a team with 25 experienced project managers, managing cross-functional assignments varying from small activities to big projects.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or Master Degree in a technical direction. Degree in Project Management is recommendation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in management in a technical environment in healthcare (e.g. stakeholder management, technical complexity) in an international context
Experience in managing projects or activities End to End.
Knowledge of system development, regulatory compliance and healthcare market.
Proven excellent presentation, verbal and written skills. Fluent in English.
Good network in IGT Systems organization and Market organization
Self-starter, entrepreneurship, drive. Strong ambition to achieve.
