In this role, you have the opportunity to
Demonstrate your capabilities and competences within the Philips organization by supporting and improving the DI Systems installations in a dynamic and international environment.
You are responsible for
Maintaining the multi-modality FFI master schedule
Aligning installation capacity and resource planning on market requests
Alignment on installation schedules between market, installation team and logistic providers
Initiating improvements based on market feedback or strategy initiatives
Making cost price calculations for non-standard installations
Quoting and invoicing installation costs to the markets
Providing feedback on performance of FFI engineers and coach them on their soft skills
Measuring and reporting FFI KPI’s
Determining most efficient transport and return flow for installation tools
Creating and maintaining standard work for FFI operational processes
You are a part of
The FFI operational team within the DI/IGT Systems installation team. You will be working closely with project managers in the markets and the FFI Installers and Engineers from Factory Best.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Typical MBO ‘level 4’ or bachelor in supply chain management or logistics.
3-5 years relevant working experience in supply chain functions.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch & English.
Experience with SAP.
Preferably Green Belt or Lean certified.
The ability to analyze and summarize.
A result driven and customer focused approach.
Good communication skills to engage with multiple teams, stakeholders and organizational levels.
