Drive manufacturing performance of the delivery model systems towards excellence with respect to first time right quality output. Your technical expertise is required to identify areas of improvement and drive improvements. The result is output and cost of operations predictability, which will optimize our customer experience.
You are responsible for
Preparing and updating the Global Process Map
Harmonization of Validation Process
Triggering & Roll-Out of Process Harmonization
Defining and triggering KPI Scrum initiatives to improve process performance
Identifying and supporting efficiency improvements
Definition of work instruction structure and Training concepts
Defining standard Validation concepts for selectedprocesses
Connecting with experts between the sites by hosting the competence map
Providing expertise during new process design
Managing tangible fixed asset
You are a part of
A global team with colleagues in Hamburg and the United States. In this role you will be collaborating with local manufacturing engineering, factory leaders and (supplier) quality engineering.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Degree in systems engineering, mechatronics or similar
Expertise in all or some of the following areas: assembly, gluing, soldering, welding, cleaning, quality assurance
Strong background in process validation methodology
Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment – you will need to influence others despite not having direct authority and strong interpersonal skills are therefore needed.
Digital native with some experience in big data analytics would be highly preferred – if you have experience working with PowerBI, Tableau or Qlik Sense that would be considered an advantage
Experience in identifying and setting up process automation
Willingness to travel internationally for up to 30%
