You are responsible for

  • Owning the strategic positioning of the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) solutions portfolio and P&L (Revenue and margin) accountability over the standardized portfolio of solutions

  • Developing and maintaining the portfolio by securing scalability for margin performance and standardization for consistent customer experience

  • Being accountable for innovation initiatives and related budget which includes the return on investment on development of new solution and their introductions within the markets

  • Training organizational leads and IGT Partners on our portfolio solutions and building the availability of tools, methodologies, documentation of solutions sold

  • Bringing together customer, market, solution and business groups needs for standardized, scalable solution offerings, and drive effective creation of these solutions

  • Participating in solution development breakthrough meetings to secure IGT requirements

  • Continuously assessing the competitive status of Consulting Services portfolio through strategic analysis and drive necessary portfolio development initiatives

  • Building up and continuously enhance the standard requirements for the IGT portfolio related to the sales and delivery of the IGT offering as integral part of solution offering

  • Acting as change leader towards existing portfolio management communities to provide mentorship on required changes in existing approach and share knowledge

You are a part of the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) leadership team and will closely work with our market organization, businesses and solution teams by driving the strategy and the development of our customer solutions portfolio.

Image Guided Therapy is a global team of professionals passionate about developing minimally invasive image guided therapy solutions for our customers. We strive to develop solution with new technologies and smarter devices that give physicians access to all the relevant information at the point of care. We speak the customer language, because we have extensive healthcare experience and we go deep to understand the customer problem and co-create a solution that not only meets their needs, but positions them for future economic growth.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in product development and/or program/portfolio management, in global setting

  • Inspiring leader towards broad range of partners, able to have a peer-to-peer relationship with executive (solution) business/functional/market leaders and content experts

  • You have a deep understanding of full range of business challenges and opportunities and internal/external trends relevant to portfolio management

  • Strategic leadership with hands on touch and business development flexibility

  • You are familiar with commercial management and business modelling

  • Strategy development including understanding of healthcare technology is preferred

  • As a people manager you are solution development oriented

  • You use on the regular basis portfolio practices and methodologies, and are PMP certified

  • You are a born communicator on all levels and across organizations
