In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be part of a large-scale transformation for the Supply Chain organization in an top international and global company. You will gain insights in the development of a Change Management and Communications Strategy for the top Transform priorities and have exposure to different parts of the Supply Chain while working with senior stakeholders. You will implement communication channels and follow-up ideas to increase adoption and engagement of the new ways of working.
You are responsible for
Support the development of Communications Strategy for a large transformation for the Supply Chain Organization in Systems & Med Devices
Have exposure to different parts of the Supply Chain, working with senior stakeholders
Implement communication channels and follow-up ideas to increase adoption and engagement of the new ways of working
Acting as the point of contact with the overall Integrated Supply Chain Communication lead to ensure consistent communication between Supply Chain and the other Integrated Supply Chain functions (e.g. Procurement, Manufacturing)
Designing and maintaining communication channels and platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint design/intranet, communications decks, videos, blogs, Newsletter)
Working with program leaders and teams in defining communication messaging
Implementing Change Adoption Surveys to monitor change adoption and ensuring follow-up to improvement actions in coordination with Program leaders, Strategic Program Management Office and Human Resources
You are a part of
The Strategic Program Management Office Team of Supply Chain Systems and Medical Devices.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Masters Degree in Communication Studies, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or similar
Preferable with experience in a multinational company/environment
Skills related to Share point design, use of collaborative platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams), Video Editing and Web design
Strong communication skills (oral, written) and conceptual thinking
Fluent in English
Creative, organized, committed to deadlines, self-driven, eager to learn and to challenge status quo
