In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be a part of a team that’s mission is to improve technology experience of healthcare providers and patients through innovative performance-based business models! You will own the Business Marketing team and MTS (Managed Technology Services) activities while supporting market activation, develop marketing plans for MTS and execute BMC planning and build and own MTS sales curriculum.
You are responsible for
Actively managing, activating, coordinating, monitoring and implementing business plans and strategies by being the main point of contact to the local markets / countries organizations from the Business side.
Delivering marketing and sales collateral including proof points and marketing event coordination
Driving release for acquisition and release for delivery in the POC market
Developing content and approach for governmental relationships
Identifying, defining and initiating growth initiatives
Key financial and key enabler metrics of the BMC plans in the year and growing the top and bottom line with strategic ambition
Supporting SPoR process for MTS
Partnering with Business Leader and Markets to lead BMC handshake and ongoing performance management against with the markets
Ensuring business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, market shares, Integral Gross Margin (IGM) through price realization in markets, A&P, Integral Sales Margin (ISM) and marketing ROI.
Benchmarking with competitions in meaningful markets
Preparing internal business performance reviews.
Achievement of relevant metrics for the efforts and deliverables, and meeting the goals and objectives
You are a part of
You will be part of the Managed Technology Services team, which is one of the five pre-configured solutions that will transform Philips from a product centric organization into a solution driven company. We have a functional team with a variety of colleagues from different cultures that is eager to deliver great results.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University degree in healthcare, business or engineering discipline
MBA strongly preferred
Typically 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, downstream marketing, product management or related fields
Proven track record in developing and implementing business plans working with the full marketing mix and various distribution channels
Experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses in B2B/B2C environments
Experience in all aspects of Marketing including market insights, value proposition generation, pricing, communications, channel management and planning
Knowledge of marketing processes, strategic planning and budgeting
Deep knowledge of the functional area, business strategies and the company’s goals
Working in multinational environment with strong personal communication skills that enables to encourage, convince and mobilize people
Globally proficient and able to function effectively across cultures
Able to synthesize market and customer feedback to drive valuable innovations
