In this role, you have the opportunity to

You will be responsible for high quality (maintenance and professional services) value proposition creation, serviceability & deliverability of software, products, service innovation, service documentation &delivery instructions, service & delivery employee education.
You are responsible for
Leading the financial and operational performance of Services within the business
Being responsible for the services portfolio for the business, connected to the overall aspirations of the business
Development and execution of service innovation for the specific business, including education/learning services development & content development
Leading the performance management of the Services business with the focus on order intake, retention/churn rates, deal margins, IGM, EBIT, service availability/uptimes, customer lifetime value
Software operations & delivery strategy, adherence to software reference architecture & use of PIL solutions
Delivery/Service readiness during product, software, solution or service NPI, including service & delivery instructions/runbook development (based on standards), normative hours design & maintenance, customer facing content readiness
Service innovation requirements, customer happiness, escalation management and field support
Defining the requirements for enablers across the E2E chain for Business Services, including tooling
Driving the needed market capabilities for business specific services, selling and delivering
Ensuring Q&R compliance within the business
Defining the operational KPIs that enable the validation of success of the E2E Services business and setting targets through benchmark analysis
Acting as leader with vision and spokesperson for the Business Services and Solution Delivery
Developing requirements for the product and solution development programs to secure serviceability/deliverability and solution delivery readiness
Delivering training and education to market delivery & service teams
Necessary business based delivery operations: Knowledge creation, problem management, technical/remote support, parts lifecycle management, SLA management to GBS for centralized support
Drives FCOs implementation
Ensuring M2O and O2C organizations are accurately adapted according to set requirements, related organizational designs, and scaling approaches.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master Degree preferred
Minimum 15 years of experience in Services and Solutions delivery environment, in global and multicultural settings
Encouraging leader towards broad range of partners, able to have a peer-to-peer relationship with executive business/functional/market leaders and content experts
Broad understanding of full range of business challenges and opportunities and internal/external trends in services and solution delivery
Consistent track record in driving change towards a well-articulated vision
Strategic leadership with hands on touch and business development flexibility
