You are going to be part of a team that’s mission it is to improve technology experience of healthcare providers and patients through innovative performance-based business models. You will coordinate and prioritize roadmap of Managed Technology Services and Point of Knowledge of developments in project management tools and processes. You will also direct and guide the activities of programs consisting of multiple related projects executed by performing development team for MTS and related use cases/tools
You are responsible for
Making sure deliverables from R&D are being transferred and adopted by the business (Measurement and Verification)
Leading all aspects of: R&D projects on scope, time and quality on behalf of product
Overall R&D budget
Managing the requirements on tooling from markets and from other departments ensuring maximum reusability and scalability of the department efforts
Building and maintaining the program organization, chooses the ways of working, and defines the interfaces with other functions
Defining the portfolio of programs and projects and their goals, in consultation with management and relevant stakeholders, as input to the performing organization to manage the project pipeline, estimating the budgets and risks and appoints the Program/Project Managers in agreement with general or business management
Keeping up-to-date with the evolving business and application domain in order to optimize the goals of each program and improving the synergy
Ensuring cross-pollination, maintaining a historical database for estimates of future programs, managing lessons learned, incorporating continuous improvement, facilitating harmonization across functions and departments
Providing business management with regular program performance status, variancing to plan and identification of corrective actions, reporting on performance to the hierarchical superior of the project managers for the purpose of appraisal and conducts evaluation at the end of the program

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Typically 5+ years of experience in the job
PMP designation is an asset.
Knowledge on the healthcare industry and total understanding of relevant disciplines
Professional knowledge of project management methods and estimation techniques (resources, cost, time and risks) for the relevant technical/functional discipline. PMP level or equivalent mandatory
Knowledge of quality and compliance requirements
Communications skills to manage relations with executive/management
Managerial skills like people management, team management
Demonstrated experience of adequate soft-skills
Skills to manage multi-business programs
