As Cluster Professional Services leader, you are at the forefront of leading our high quality professional & managed services value proposition creation, professional service & managed services innovation, development of the service solution launch readiness criteria and securing professional services & solution delivery requirements as part of solution creation programs. You will be responsible for building and extending the Cluster/Businesses Professional Services capabilities and guide the associated transformation and change management.
To ensure maximum impact, you will be a member of both the Professional Services MT as well as the Cluster Marketing MT. In addition, you will team-up with a broad variety of partners in the S&SD organization and Cluster/Businesses

Improve our customer’s and patients’ lives by offering professional services. An example is education services, where we are proving offering of learning path by roles in the hospital to ensure staff is trained and uses the equipment to the best ability to help patients
Drive the Cluster cross-Businesses Professional Services value proposition creation
Drive the Business Professional Services Roadmap in collaboration with the SS&L
Drive the development and execution of Professional Services innovation for the Cluster/Businesses
Jointly pilot new offerings with key markets with Global Professional Services & Managed Services team
Build the Professional Services capabilities and associated transformation and change management within the Cluster/Businesses
You are a part of
The Professional Services team, which is one of the five pre-configured solutions that will transform Philips from a product centric organization into a solution driven company. Our team is focused not only on the products we can deliver, but the services around these products that will change how Philips deals with its customers. We have a functional team with a variety of colleagues from different cultures that is eager to deliver excellent results. In addition, you will have a seat in the Cluster Marketing MT and work closely together with the Cluster/Business partners.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Masters degree with at least 10 years proven experience in a professional services and/or solutions environment, in global and multicultural setting
Inspiring leader towards broad range of partners, able to have a peer-to- peer relationship with executive business/functional/market leaders and content specialists
Broad understanding of full range of business challenges and opportunities and internal/external trends in professional services and solution delivery
Strong partner management skills with a proven track record in motivating change towards a well-articulated vision
Proven experience in business model innovation and/or redefining businesses from traditional models to modern/new models
Strategic leadership with hands on touch and business development flexibility
Experience in being effective in a matrixed organization.
