You are responsible for
Downstream marketing activities for EPD solutions; promoting EPD products, systems and services in customer visits, product & workstation demonstrations, seminars and trade shows
Supporting the New Product Introductions and determine local product portfolio and pricing
Co-developing local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth (within Quality & Regulatory requirements)
Driving customer happiness and dedication by aligning the necessary resources within the Market
Nurturing effective Key Opinion Leader engagement and build-up and maintain a relevant network
Generating locally relevant insights as input for proposition and roadmap development
Providing the EPD management with local insights about markets, competition, products and application developments
You are a part of
Philips EPD Solutions, a recently acquired venture with ambitious plans for growth, developing a disruptive technology, which will improve the efficiency and efficacy of life-saving cardiac ablation procedures treating among others atrial fibrillation. EPD’s technology has the potential to address the key unmet need of real-time therapy assessment, which is one of the more significant limitations of the current standard of care. We aim to help to improve outcomes for millions of people and help maintain the rapidly rising cost of managing the disease. Having obtained CE mark and 510k approval in 2018, we are preparing for a commercial product launch in Europe, US and other territories and are seeking regulatory approvals around the world.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in an international business environment in (downstream) marketing or product management in the EP domain (atrial fibrillation)
A background in (clinical) sales is a strong preference
Broad interests that allow you to interact with various disciplines; inspire and motivate others and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Solid spoken and written English skills
Experience with various aspects of Healthcare marketing -both tactical and operational - to ensure successful launch of our proposition(s) in the market
Experience working in a global scope in a large multi-national / cross-cultural environment; start-up experience is a plus
Having knowledge and experience in the area of Electrophysiology is very advantageous
