You are going to be part of a team that’s mission is to improve technology experience of healthcare providers and patients through innovative performance-based business models. You will be responsible for the Clinical Professional Service Category and manage the Service Category in Service Warehouse including lifecyle management and pruning the offering portfolio. Product Manager defines business opportunity based on customer insights and translates them into winning value propositions. Owns portfolio, products, claims roadmaps and defines commercial specifications for the required products, being co-responsible for the realization of the products and the accurate introduction of these products in the market.
You are responsible for
Orchestrating service development aligned with business and market requirements
Developing and maintaining packages within or across service categories
Assuring capabilities to deliver services are available, in the market, business or globally
Coordinating knowledge transfer for service category between mature and developing markets for Professional Services
Coordinating customer feedback on sub service category of Professional Services
Researching key trends in the markets that Philips Professional Services can fulfill now or in the future
Upstream marketing activities for the products / solutions including definition of the strategy and its enablers as well as its alignment with key markets globally
Value proposition development based on customer insights, including Health Economics for leadmarkets
Portfolio, Product & Clinical claims roadmaps
Pricing (Price setting) and margin optimization
Channel Strategy for assigned product portfolio
Compliance with Quality & Regulatory requirements (if applicable)
Drive definition, development and introduction of the products/solutions including cross-business solution development to our customer by meeting their needs, including service and consumables.
Lifecycle management and market readiness as part of PDLM. Ensuring completion of appropriate deliverables (feature descriptions, value propositions, costing/pricing/quoting materials etc.)
Solution developing of the business case to support new value creation
Customer and market insights: Analyzing the market, the competition and trends on entreprise level across segment technologies to ensure the portfolio is leading the market’s needs and expectations. Developing and maintaining needs based customer segmentation requirements(across global markets and supported by Market intelligence)
Translating in-depth market and customer insights, as well as competitive analyses into winning concepts/ clear product specifications for the release train, in such a way that in short, mid and long term a sound business result can be achieved
Guiding and driving the development of new products from the initiation phase until the final product, to get the efficient combination of performance and price in the for the defined market segment.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Typically requires a master degree and minimum of 5 years of related experience.
5+ years of experience in the job
Experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses in B2B / B2C environments
Ability to collect and analysis market information and define existing target groups
Professional knowledge of marketing methods, type of market and used technology
Experience in Managed Services or Innovative Business Models
Knowledge and improvement of marketing processes, strategic planning and budgeting
Ability to lead a cooperative effort across different domains
Interaction with senior management or executive levels
Thinking conceptually from a broad business perspective taking both strategic as well as operational aspects into consideration
Globally proficient and able to function effectively across cultures
Being able to manage multi-business programs
Knowledge of quality and compliance requirements
Being able to motivate, direct and integrate multiple functions and staff
