You are going to be part of a team that’s mission is to improve technology experience of healthcare providers and patients through innovative performance-based business models. You will direct and guide the activities of programs consisting of multiple and related projects executed by Professional Services, ensuring execution is in line with the business strategy. You will also be supervising resources, selecting, developing, mentoring and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function

You are responsible for

  • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques & provide ongoing reports

  • Develop Globally available Professional Services across businesses and markets

  • Crafting VPCs, following PDLM and assuring all other materials are available to launch the new services including marketing and learning materials and provide support after RFA and RFD to assure new service meets its goals

  • Development and deployment of a scaling engine for Professional Services to transfer knowledge about selected Professional Services across markets and configuring and rolling out tools such as the Knowledge Hub and Services Warehouse for support

  • Maturity improvement workstream to support markets to build up key capabilities, tools, standards, KPIs, governance etc. to assure markets can sell, deliver and grow their part of the Professional Services Business

  • Building and maintaining the program organization, choosing the ways of working and defining the interfaces with other functions

  • Defining the portfolio of programs and projects and their goals in consultation with management and meaningful stakeholders, as input to performing organization to manage the project pipeline, estimating the risks

  • Providing business management with regular program performance status, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions

  • Deploying process improvement and quality assurance and making the program organization efficient and transparent, in line with business and program processes

  • Ensuring cross-pollination, maintaining a historical database for estimates of future programs, managing lessons learned, incorporating continuous improvement, facilitating harmonization across functions and departments

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor of Science degree is required

  • Preferred: MSc/MBA

  • 5+ years of experience in the job

  • Knowledge of project management methods in Philips (e.g. PMBOK) and of estimation techniques (resources, time and risks) for the relevant functions / disciplines

  • PMP Certified

  • Proven ability to run multi-business programs

  • Knowledge of quality and compliance requirements

  • Managerial skills like people management, team management

  • Excellent analytical, organization and time management skills

  • Self-Starter, capable of motivating both remote and office teams

  • Communication skills to lead relations with executive/management

  • Being able to motivate, direct and integrate multiple functions and staff
