In this role, you have the opportunity to
own and be responsible to drive the program ensuring accurate and up to date information with respect to the installed systems used by our customers globally. You oversee the activities and processes that impact the installed base trace data and the configuration of the installed systems End to End. In cooperation with stakeholders you develop and agree on required improvements and prioritize changes based on business impact.

You are responsible for
Definement and deployment of the Installed Base data & material traceability roadmap and related actions to ensure accurate and up to date Installed Base information of the IGT Systems installed base.
Leading the E2E Installed Base improvement program across Business Unit IGT and Markets.
Ensuring that processes relevant for the Installed Base are addressed from system creation up to system End of Life.
Identifying opportunities to significantly enhance business performance not obvious to others on long term plan
Leading and participating in multifunctional teams across the total product life cycle including development, operations, supply chain, customer service, quality & regulatory and markets.
Setting up and sustain report out to stakeholders, including IGT management, on roadmap, plans and achievements
Representing IGT in the Philips Integrated Landscape program to ensure smooth transfer to the Philips Integrated Landscape in the coming years.
You are a part of
the IB Sustainment department in the IGT Customer Service organization, reporting to the Director IB Sustainment. IB data & information is used (ao) by direct colleagues in the IB Sustainment team, covering business process engineering & reporting, FCO management, service parts obsolescence & life cycle control. The priorities and activities of the Program Manager IGT Installed are derived from the shared objective to effectively & efficiently sustain the Global IGT Systems Installed Base while securing compliance with business & regulatory standards being the value-added service partner for our customers globally.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Stress resistant person who can work with deadlines in changing environment
Strong analytic skills and ability to formulate key conclusions to Management Team
Ability to grasp the high level picture
Able to identify the strategic implications and opportunities resulting from major corporate strategies and change initiatives impacting Installed Base Information processes and information management for IGT Systems specifically.
Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.
Able to define strategy AND ensure rigorous implementation of the strategy; ensuring sustainable improvements.
Pragmatic & self starting while ensuring actions and activities are part of the improvement program for IB data management.
A Bachelor or Master degree or proven experience in Installed Base Management
You have at least 5-7 years work experience in Installed Base Management or related activities.
You have managed programs across businesses and markets in a multifunctional environment.
You enjoy to manage internal and external contacts
You are a team player, energetic and assertive
